A thought to ponder on.....
When employing the services of a decorator, please ensure that you remove as much furniture and fittings as possible.
This makes it easier for the decorator to get on with their job. Many an hour can be spent by decorators moving furniture which is not what they have been employed to do and your painting job will take longer than it should.....and you could possibly end up with a grumpy decorator....
Also ensure that your painter is tidy and lays down dust sheets and tapes off fittings where necessary and cleans up each day after they have worked...this avoids paint over your carpets or floors and furniture.
A good decorator can transform an old tired looking house into something beautiful, and an untidy decorator can make your beautiful home look shabby. The paint job is what people see, it is actually what makes a room.
Good painting and decorating is an investment....
You always get what you pay for....
